What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting conditions that could impact daily operations.
  • Monitor access to the location by observing visitor, employee, and vendor activity, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Support closing and opening routines, assist with alarm-related responses when needed, and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and/or location contacts regarding security-related issues.

Minimum Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
