Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source vehicle acquisition opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts
• Contact and engage private-party sellers to assess interest in selling their vehicle
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership for vehicle appraisals
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to maximize appointment show rates
• Track and document prospecting activity and results
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout the acquisition process
