The Vehicle Acquisition Agent will be focused and specifically trained to acquire additional inventory for the dealership through active prospecting using all available prospecting resources to identify and engage private parties looking to sell their vehicle.

• Enjoy consistent interaction with customers throughout the day, both in person and over the phone.
• Sets appointments with potential customers to visit the dealership for an appraisal.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers looking to sell their vehicle.
• Overcome objections and diligently follow up with clients.
• Sell vehicles as well as purchase.

Qualifications:

• Sales/retail experience
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit

• Eager to improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
