Veeva CRM Lead

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in providing solutions and technical architecture for Veeva CRM Suite Applications
• Experience in full System Development Life Cycle (Proposal, Process Engineering, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support)
• Knowledge in Application Design and Development using Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Configurations, Veeva Vault SDK, and Veeva Vault Platform configuration
• Experience in Veeva Approved Email, Veeva Network, Veeva Open Data, Veeva Align, Veeva Engage, or Veeva Events Management
• Experience with large project management and Salesforce-based implementations
• Cloud implementation experience is a plus
• Migration and Agile experience; comfortable using Agile tools like Jira
• Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Experience with REST Web-services and messaging/streaming solutions
• Familiarity with AJAX and JavaScript is a plus
• Bachelor of Computer Science

Responsibilities

• Develop and review enhancements and new implementation requests from customers
• Align with the Support Team on current issues and initiate problem management
• Act as the onsite lead, guiding the offshore team on technical aspects and converting functional requirements to technical solutions
• Prepare and update application-related documentation (SOP, Operational Instructions, User Manuals)
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and be self-driven to work toward results
• Proactively suggest solutions to clients

Pay

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year
