Veeva CRM Specialist

About the role

Overall IT experience of 7+ years
Experiance with Veeva Sales CRM, Medical CRM, and Salesforce CRM
Strong knowledge of Commercial Field teams' business strategies, processes, and operations within a commercial biotech/pharma environment
Experiance with Veeva CRM configuration experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycle, Workflows, Apex programming.
Strong understanding of Veeva CRM data model.
Certification on Veeva or Salesforce.com
Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Medical Device organization.
Experience working in an agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Experience with Commercial Data (KOL, HCP, HCO, Prescription, Sales Territories etc)
• Experience with Ancillary Veeva products (OpenData, Link, Align, PromoMats etc)
