Responsibilities
- Perform inpatient and outpatient vascular ultrasound testing, including 2D/Doppler imaging and physiologic assessments.
- Utilize ultrasound technology to provide complex technical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Complete all necessary documentation and record preliminary exam findings.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Vascular Sonography program or equivalent experience per Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC).
- No prior experience required; 2 years of related hospital vascular sonography experience preferred.
- Current BCLS certification required upon hire.
- Must be registered or registry-eligible with ARDMS, with certifications such as RVT or RVS, obtained within one year.
