Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role.
- Current licensure/certification in relevant field (e.g., RN, LPN).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with healthcare information technology systems.
