Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff, nursing, and administrative departments to improve patient care processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare management experience.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong understanding of healthcare policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Schedule
