Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with medical staff, nursing, and administrative departments to improve patient care processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare management experience.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong understanding of healthcare policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
