Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor on wound care clinical strategy and best practices
- Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance clinical education for teams
- Present clinical data and applications during key customer engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare customers for loyalty and satisfaction
- Plan and lead customer education events alongside local teams
- Provide escalated clinical or technical consultation to customers
- Support customer economic discussions with evidence-based value propositions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher with 4 years of healthcare experience in a hospital setting, or
- High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of equivalent experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Current, valid Driver's License
- Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across hospital care areas and alternative sites of care
- Experience in public speaking and technical presentations
