About the role

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Oncology in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Associate or Full Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track.

Responsibilities

  • Expertise in clinical care and research related to patients with complex vascular anomalies and rare vascular tumors.
  • Board-certified or eligible in pediatric hematology/oncology.
  • Teaching responsibilities may include didactic and clinical instruction of medical students, residents, medical fellows in pediatric hematology/oncology or related disciplines, and post-doctoral fellows.
  • Attend the interdisciplinary Comprehensive Vascular Anomalies Programs Clinic and some joint IR clinic as well as oncology clinic for Vascular anomaly patients and other rare tumors.
  • Research opportunities may present themselves to contribute to a generation of new knowledge regarding care of patients with vascular anomalies, leadership and participation in QI projects, registries and SOP.

Requirements

Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree.
