About the role

Join Hartford HealthCare! Hartford HealthCare Medical Group seeks a BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to join their expanding Vascular service line focusing on Dialysis Access.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dialysis access including AV fistulas and grafts for patients in the Greater Hartford area.
• Work closely with local Nephology partners to facilitate the coordination of care for dialysis access patients, both inpatient and outpatient.

Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery.
• Experience with dialysis access procedures preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of Connecticut.
