Qualifications

Possess and maintain proper Connecticut Certification.

Have a strong background in the sport.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Help each student/athlete achieve a high level of skill.
• Develop an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship.
• Increase the level of self-esteem among students.
• Ensure the welfare and conduct of the team members during practices and games.
• Exemplify the highest ideals of good sportsmanship.
• Show respect and support for contest officials.
• Never prioritize winning over character building.
• Respect and give support to the contest officials and players/spectators.

Basic Functions

To help each student/athlete achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship and an increased level of self-esteem.
