About the role

Education Trinity Christian Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join its education community. The ideal candidate should:

• Have a desire to work in a private, independent, conservative, evangelical Christian college preparatory school.
• Understand, support, and carry out the mission, philosophy, and core values of TCA, and be committed to instilling these Biblical truths in the lives of our students.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Teach a variety of subjects within the school’s curriculum.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school’s educational goals and standards.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute interdisciplinary projects and activities.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, English, mathematics).
• Experience teaching in a similar setting, preferably in a Christian school environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for education and a commitment to Christian values.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must:

• Hold a valid teaching certificate or be eligible to obtain one.
• Be willing to adhere to the school’s policies and procedures.
• Pass a background check.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, with summers off.
