Varsity Head Girls Lacrosse Coach (Non-teaching) - LHS

Under the direction of the Site Principal and Athletic Director, this position is responsible for the overall administration of all aspects of a comprehensive high school athletic program, with a focus on mentorship, recruitment, administration, and coordination. The Head Coach will prioritize the total development of the student-athlete.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and coach student-athletes
• Develop practice plans and competition schedules
• Manage operating budget
• Oversee student-athlete academics and program compliance
• Supervise assistant coaches and other support personnel
• Lead and direct the sports program in accordance with CIF rules and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of successful (recent) experience at the varsity Lacrosse level (within the last five (5) years)
• Experience working directly with collegiate and/or public school districts is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree desired; Master’s degree desirable
• Experience as a certificated staff member desirable
• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a sports program
• Working knowledge of CIF rules and regulations
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Pay

Single rate stipend of $4,167.90 for the 2026-2027 Lacrosse season.

Schedule

Seasonal, part-time position for the 2026-2027 school year.

This is a non-teaching, non-bargaining agreement position hired in accordance with Ed Code 44919 (b).
