Varsity Head Boys Lacrosse Coach (Non-teaching) - LHS

Under the direction of the Site Principal and Athletic Director, this seasonal, part-time position is responsible for the overall administration of all aspects of a comprehensive high school boys lacrosse program. The primary focus is mentorship, recruitment, administration, and coordination to ensure the total development of student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and coach student-athletes at the varsity level
• Develop practice plans and competition schedules
• Manage the program’s operating budget
• Oversee student-athlete academics and program compliance
• Supervise assistant coaches and other support personnel
• Ensure adherence to CIF rules and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of successful, recent varsity-level lacrosse coaching experience (within the last five years)
• Experience working with collegiate or public school districts is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree desirable
• Experience as a certificated staff member is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a sports program
• Strong working knowledge of CIF rules and regulations
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Pay

Single-rate stipend of $4,167.90 for the 2026-2027 lacrosse season.

Schedule

Seasonal, part-time position for the 2026-2027 school year.
