Varsity Head Boys Lacrosse Coach (Non-teaching) - EHS

Under the direction of the Site Principal and Athletic Director, this position has the responsibility for the overall administration of all aspects of a comprehensive high school athletic program. The primary focus will be mentorship, recruitment, administration, and coordination of a high school athletic program where the total development of the student-athlete is the highest priority.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and coach student-athletes
• Develop practice plans and competition schedules
• Manage operating budget
• Oversee student-athlete academics and compliance of the program
• Supervise assistant coaches and other support personnel
• Lead and direct the sports program in accordance with CIF rules and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of successful (recent) experience at the varsity Lacrosse level (within the last five (5) years)
• Experience working directly with collegiate and/or public school districts is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree (desired)
• Master’s degree (desirable)
• Experience as a certificated staff member (desirable)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a sports program
• Working knowledge of CIF rules and regulations
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Pay

Single Rate $4,167.90 stipend

Schedule

Seasonal, 2026-2027 school year. Part-time position.
