Varsity Head Girls Lacrosse Coach (Non-teaching) - EHS

Under the direction of the Site Principal and Athletic Director, this non-teaching position is responsible for the overall administration of the comprehensive high school girls varsity lacrosse program. The primary focus is mentorship, recruitment, administration, and coordination to ensure the total development of student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and coach student-athletes
• Develop practice plans and competition schedules
• Manage the program’s operating budget
• Oversee student-athlete academics and program compliance
• Supervise assistant coaches and support personnel
• Lead and direct the sports program in accordance with CIF rules and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of successful (recent) experience at the varsity lacrosse level within the last five (5) years
• Experience working directly with collegiate and/or public school districts is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree desired; Master’s degree desirable
• Experience as a certificated staff member desirable
• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a sports program
• Working knowledge of CIF rules and regulations
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Pay

Single rate stipend of $4,167.90 for the 2026-2027 lacrosse season.

Schedule

Seasonal, part-time position for the 2026-2027 school year.
