Responsibilities
- Perform detailed functions and technical measurements regarding collateral for lending.
- Analyze and evaluate appraisals and supportive reporting.
- Conduct research and analysis on property data (Market/Sales/Rent/Regional, etc.).
- Communicate concerns and resolve issues with multiple departments.
- Make value recommendations.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of real estate valuation methodology and concepts.
- Familiarity with researching property and zoning details via online websites (County, City, State, GIS Maps, private data sources, etc.).
- Experience with Plat Map, Survey, Legal Description, and Title Review.
- Flexibility in work schedule to meet client needs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause determination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience performing real estate valuation reviews and/or a previous audit support role.
- Experience in the Mortgage or Banking industry.
Skills
