About the role
We are now accepting applications for the Candy Department Manager at the Valle Crucis, NC location.
Responsibilities
- Partners with the Store Training Coordinator in the training and orientation of department new hires.
- Manages, coaches, and is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and development of the store staff.
- Is responsible for the professional development of their employees.
- Leads, coaches, mentors, and provides opportunities for growth.
- Trains, demonstrates, and coaches for exceptional guest and employee experiences.
- Partners with the Visual Merchandising Team in the planning of department layout.
- Ensures that the department is properly merchandised.

Requirements
- Applicants must have a positive attitude, a passion to provide exceptional customer service, and the ability to react quickly to changing priorities.
- Applicants must be willing to work most weekends and holidays.
- Three to five years of previous retail management experience preferred.
