The Assistant Valet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the valet team at Iron Mountain, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This position requires a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the valet team to ensure efficient and courteous service
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Ensure all vehicles are returned in good condition
• Monitor parking lot safety and security
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment
• Security clearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field preferred
• Experience in hospitality or retail industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
