Responsibilities
- Assists guests with carrying luggage and other items to room
- Parking and retrieving guest vehicles
- Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service supervisory role
- Minimum of High School education
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and Drug Screening
Skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Team player
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests
- Knowledge of cleanliness standards
Pay
Compensation Range: $18.00 - $19.00/hour. This position is tipped eligible.
The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.
