About the Role

The Guest Arrival Expert ensures guests have a memorable experience from arrival to departure by providing exceptional service, addressing requests, and sharing local highlights. They promote a welcoming atmosphere, process operational needs, and handle guest interactions professionally.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through check-in and check-out processes
• Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly
• Share local area information and amenities
• Complete reports and operational documentation
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold safety standards
• Move, lift, and carry objects up to 50 pounds and assist with heavier items when needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and quality standards
