What You’ll Do

  • Elicit and promote Muckleshoot Casino Resort (MCR)'s vision, mission, and values by demonstrating professionalism and delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Greet guests warmly, maintain a professional image, and engage with a positive demeanor.
  • Aid elderly and disabled guests as needed.
  • Ensure guest issues are handled promptly and resolved to achieve satisfaction within established guidelines.
  • Provide accurate directions and recommend alternative transportation solutions for intoxicated guests in accordance with policies.
  • Write legible claim checks, document any prior vehicle damage, and ensure security of vehicles and keys.
  • Operate all types of passenger vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles promptly, ensuring safety and care.
  • Instruct, train, and coach team members on responsibilities, expectations, and departmental standards.
  • Assign job tasks to Valet Parking Attendants and monitor performance to ensure a sense of urgency and high productivity.
  • Implement and enforce departmental procedures to ensure efficient, safe, and secure operations.
  • Maintain and review tracking and logging processes to monitor productivity, capacity, and vehicle statistics.
  • Promote a positive and safe work environment by reporting hazards and accidents immediately to management.
  • Encourage high performance standards and foster a positive work culture.
  • Contribute to departmental meetings and assist in developing and implementing departmental goals and objectives.
  • Assist with scheduling and make necessary alterations to meet operational needs.
  • Track gratuities, schedule adherence, and inspection results using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ensure departmental supplies are maintained at appropriate levels.
  • Ensure attendants maintain a sense of urgency, jogging to and from vehicles as necessary.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide services in extreme weather conditions, including very cold or hot temperatures.
  • Conduct departmental inspections, communicate findings to management, and support initiatives to improve team member experience and guest survey ratings.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

What You’ll Bring

  • Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (MVR) required.
  • 1 year supervisor/lead experience preferred.
  • 2 years’ driving experience with the ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions, parallel park, and park in confined spaces required.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite required.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
