Full-Time Valet

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.90. Must be available to work PM shifts on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Requires a clean driving record and a minimum of 5 years of licensed driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests arriving and departing the hotel, hold the front doors as they enter and exit.
• Ensure guests feel welcome to the hotel and provide excellent guest service.
• Carry baggage to the guest's room.
• Accurately tag and store luggage for guests as needed and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing luggage.
• Safely drive the hotel shuttle van.
• Have knowledge of the hotel property, hotel staff, and hotel services, including hours of operation.
• Give clear and accurate directions to hotel facilities and rooms, as well as local area attractions.
• Suggest and "sell" the amenities of the hotel (e.g., restaurant, lounge, spa).
• Respond to requests for bell services within 2 minutes.
