Create memorable first and last impressions for guests by ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Address guest requests and process operational needs
• Complete reports and share local highlights with guests
• Maintain professionalism and uphold safety standards
• Follow company policies and protect assets
• Move and lift objects up to 50 pounds independently and assist with heavier items

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• No prior work or supervisory experience needed
• No specific certifications required
