Responsibilities
- Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
- Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
- Exceeding budgeted sales presentation and volume production goals.
- Ensuring guests meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services.
- Using persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
Requirements
- Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
- Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
Qualifications
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
