As a Sales Coordinator at MGMA, you’ll help Sales, Account Management, and Consulting teams deliver an exceptional experience for members and customers. You’ll coordinate essential sales activities, maintain accurate information, prepare reports and proposals, and support the financial processes that keep business moving. You’ll also collaborate across the organization to help launch products, improve workflows, and turn team priorities into results. What You’ll DoCoordinate the details: Provide day-to-day operational support that helps Sales, Account Management, and Consulting teams stay organized and responsive.Support customer connections: Assist with outreach that introduces, sells, and renews MGMA products, services, and memberships.Turn data into action: Prepare recurring and customized reports, review trends, and provide insights that support client engagement.Keep finances moving: Coordinate invoices, accounts receivable, payment follow-up, sales tracking, coding, collections, and reconciliation with Accounting.Advance products and projects: Contribute to product development, pricing, testing, launches, enhancements, and other cross-functional initiatives.Prepare polished materials: Edit and coordinate proposals, agreements, statements of work, and other customer-facing documentation.Protect the customer experience: Maintain accurate CRM records, verify access for purchases and renewals, and keep client documentation complete and current. What You’ll BringA strong business foundation: Three or more years of experience in business support, sales operations, or project coordination.A relevant educational background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.A practical technology toolkit: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using digital document and signature tools.A connection to our industry: Experience with healthcare or a membership association is helpful but not required.
