Sales Coordinator

About the role

Huntington Beach Mazda, part of the award-winning Patterson Auto Group, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role offers a full-time, stable schedule (Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, two consecutive days off), medical benefits, and a clear path to grow into a Sales/Product Specialist role.

Responsibilities

• Assisting guests throughout the showroom experience
• Supporting the sales team with daily operations
• Delivering product specialist demonstrations
• Helping ensure a smooth, organized, and high-quality customer journey
• Collaborating with teammates to achieve shared goals

Qualifications

• Experience in a service industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants, or customer service)

Pay

• Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $25.00
• Production bonus based on individual or team performance (no fixed upper limit)
