Vacation Planning Assistant
About the role
We are looking for motivated individuals interested in assisting clients with vacation research, planning, and coordination. Previous travel industry experience is not required, and training and resources are available to help you develop the skills needed to get started.
Responsibilities
- Research destinations and vacation options based on client interests, preferences, and budgets
- Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel options
- Assist with planning and coordinating vacation arrangements
- Research activities, excursions, transportation, and destination experiences
- Help organize itineraries and important trip details
- Communicate with clients throughout the vacation planning process
- Assist with reservation details, updates, and travel documentation
- Maintain organized client and booking information
- Stay informed about destinations, travel products, and available supplier resources
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
