The specialist maintains clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions in all vacation planning activities.

Responsibilities

  • Review vacation planning with supplier coordination, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support.
  • Document role-specific processes and status tracking for vacation planning, maintaining traceability and accountability.
  • Maintain reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring all actions are documented and tracked.
  • Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness in vacation planning activities.
  • Coordinate quality control with workflow management, ensuring errors are surfaced and addressed before causing downstream rework.

  • Use G Spa Travel S.A.S. workflow and travel planning tools confidently in the context of wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support.
  • Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in vacation planning workflows.
  • Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning and accountability.
  • Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, especially when vacation planning depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure role-specific handoffs combine supplier coordination, issue escalation, and exception tracking to keep work secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level position. The role is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
