Vacation Planning Specialist

About the Role

This position operates within Philippine travel/DMC operations spanning leisure, ticketing, tours, hotels, transfers, groups, and MICE. The Vacation Planning Specialist focuses on travel planning and service, ensuring confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions are visibly separated while executing vacation planning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile vacation planning with supplier coordination, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within Philippine travel/DMC operations.
• Coordinate shroff travel role documentation with status tracking, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
• Review reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
• Document processes and reporting to maintain clarity and compliance in vacation planning workflows.
• Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring unresolved items have owners and repeated errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.

Strong Vacation Planning expertise ensures travel planning and service remain usable under the specific demands of Philippine travel/DMC operations. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be identified early to prevent rework.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
