Vacation Planner

About the role

PerLuxe Travels's Vacation Planner will support premium resorts, cruises, Disney trips, family and couples travel, group planning, quotes, and travel-rule research, with particular attention to traveler-fit planning. Every handoff should show what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.

Responsibilities

• Track the Vacation Planner workflow by helping the team coordinate supplier or booking follow-up.
• Own the Vacation Planner workflow by documenting the reasoning behind important trip choices.
• Coordinate the Vacation Planner workflow by clarifying traveler priorities before recommending options.
• Review the Vacation Planner workflow by researching destinations and products against stated needs.
• Maintain the Vacation Planner workflow by comparing meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.
• Ensure traveler-fit planning is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history.

• Use Quote Preparation and Traveler Communication confidently.
• Apply Product Knowledge without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Travel Sales decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment around Vacation Planning, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
