Vacation Planner

About the role

BiyaheKo PH is adding a Vacation Planner to support its travel distribution, online booking, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, and agent-facing travel technology. In this position, you will research and recommend travel options that match customer needs, preferences, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Discuss destination, date, budget, traveler, accommodation, transportation, and activity preferences with customers.
• Research suitable flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, or destination options using approved supplier resources.
• Compare availability, pricing, inclusions, restrictions, and cancellation terms before presenting options.
• Prepare clear travel recommendations and answer routine questions about the proposed itinerary.
• Coordinate selected options with booking or reservations teams and document customer decisions accurately.
• Stay current on supplier information, destination requirements, and service changes relevant to assigned travel products.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service, research, organization, and written-communication skills.
• Comfort using travel booking, supplier, CRM, spreadsheet, and itinerary tools.
• Ability to compare multiple travel options accurately and explain trade-offs clearly.
• Good attention to dates, traveler names, restrictions, pricing, and cancellation terms.
• Reliable follow-through on customer questions and booking handoffs.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

Base salary: $52,000 - $60,500 per year
