About the role

Beth's Beautiful Destinations is seeking a Vacation Planner who can bring disciplined follow-through to traveler-fit planning across leisure bookings, resorts, cruises, parks, flights, hotels, groups, weddings, and traveler support. The role focuses on vacation planning within leisure booking support, ensuring owners, evidence, and next actions remain visible.

Responsibilities

• Apply Cruise and Resort Operations and Quote Preparation confidently in vacation planning within leisure booking support.
• Maintain clear Traveler Communication without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines tied to vacation planning.
• Document Product Knowledge decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning behind vacation planning.
• Use sound judgment in Travel Sales, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
• Track the Vacation Planner workflow by researching destinations and products against stated needs.
• Own the Vacation Planner workflow by comparing meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.
• Coordinate supplier or booking follow-up within the Vacation Planner workflow.
• Review and document the reasoning behind important trip choices.
• Maintain the Vacation Planner workflow by clarifying traveler priorities before recommending options.
• Ensure remote execution leaves traveler-fit planning accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

What success looks like

The role is working well when traveler-fit planning becomes more reliable and repeated failure points are surfaced before they affect customers, partners, or teammates.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate level.
