Vacation Ownership Sales Representative – Cocoa Beach

Position Overview

As a Frontline Vacation Ownership Sales Representative, you'll meet with qualified guests visiting our Cocoa Beach resort, deliver engaging vacation ownership presentations, build value in ownership, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.

Qualifications

• Required: Active Florida Real Estate License (or the ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Previous commission-based sales experience
• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance with exceptional customer service
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Pay

• Up to 18% commission
• Top commission level achieved at $130,000 in monthly new owner volume
