Job Summary The house cleaner is responsible for cleaning vacation rentals throughout the service region (South Lake Tahoe). VRA has created a system which automates your schedule, houses, linen, and provides all equipment needed. We love structure, and set schedules (not changing every week). While this position is independent in nature (working solo), we take pride in our cleaning team for working together, and helping each other when in need to get the job done, stress free. Cleaning Proficiently execute cleaning responsibilities, optimizing workflow, speed, and qualityClean 1-2 homes per day throughout service region, organizing approach, and managing timeExecute a cleaning checklist to complete kitchens, bathrooms, BBQ's, vacuuming / mopping, stocking supplies, dusting, etc. Properly follow processes for using VRA apps and software for reporting and tracking timeEffectively communicating with team members and supervisor to complete work Safety Follow safety procedures and precautions performing tasks and using equipment / suppliesParticipate in training on potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or hazardous chemicals Job Requirements Have your own vehicle and state minimum insurance coverageValid Drivers licenseBasic proficiency with phone applicationsCleaning experience preferred especially in vacation homesProfessionally and clearly communicate through reports and face-to-faceAbility to perform manual labor for long periods and move to / from and throughout homesTo push, pull, move, and/or lift up to 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet WHY VRA? $25 - $30 / hour starting depending on experienceWe Pay for your gas and travel time!Paid time off earned, starting day 1Our team are people, not numbersFull dispatch department to help you when in need in the fieldSeasonal, part time (full time potential (performance based))Flexible schedulesNo Dealing with trash in your vehicleLaundry is handled off site!
