Location: Local - Traverse City and Surrounding Areas
Wage: $18-25 per hour (Part time, seasonal)
Responsibilities
- Perform at least one or more full turnover cleanings between guest check-out and check-in
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the vacation rental property according to established standards and checklists
- Ensure that all surfaces, appliances, furniture, and fixtures are thoroughly cleaned and maintained
- Making beds, taking out the trash, staging, and tidying up outdoor spaces
- Restock necessary supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items
- Communicate effectively with the team to address any concerns or special requests
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to travel between vacation rental properties
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members, and the occasional guest
- Must have a smartphone for communication, reporting, and company checklists
- Able to follow checklists and adhere to established cleaning procedures
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the assigned tasks
- Cleaning experience required
