Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vacation rental properties to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Identify and document any maintenance issues or damages, and communicate these findings promptly to the property management team.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports that are clear, concise, and actionable, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence.
- Collaborate with the maintenance vendors to prioritize repairs and ensure the timely resolution of any issues identified during inspections.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and local regulations to ensure our properties remain compliant and competitive.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our inspection processes, contributing to our culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting property inspections, with a focus on vacation rentals, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Ability to compile detailed and organized inspection reports that clearly communicate findings and suggested repairs.
- Proven track record of identifying maintenance issues and damages, with prompt communication to property management teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inspections and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
