- Inspect properties for damage and maintenance repair needs
- Ensure all cleaning guidelines and standards are being met and maintained
- Change light bulbs and batteries
Requirements
- Ability to work with iPads
- Required Personality for customer service atmosphere
- Eye for detail
- Ability to follow a stringent routine in a fast-paced environment (work quickly and efficiently)
- Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver's license
Benefits
- Inspector Appreciation Bonus: $40 extra for each weekend day worked (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), April-October
