- Administer office procedures and maintain records
- Process and issue tickets
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Manage cash transactions and ensure accuracy
Requirements
- Chief Clerk:
- Matric or Grade 12 certificate
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative environment
- Fully computer literate – Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Pastel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Siswati
- Very good administrative and calculation skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Clean criminal record
- Medically fit
- Ticket Seller:
- Matric/Grade 12 with Maths or Accounting
- At least 2 years’ experience as cashier or similar position
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Clean criminal record
- Traceable references
- Medically fit
Qualifications
- Chief Clerk: Matric or Grade 12 certificate, 2 years’ experience in an administrative environment, fully computer literate, knowledge of Pastel, excellent communication skills, administrative and calculation skills, ability to work independently, clean criminal record, medically fit.
- Ticket Seller: Matric/Grade 12 with Maths or Accounting, 2 years’ experience as cashier or similar position, attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills, clean criminal record, traceable references, medically fit.
