V-Twin Motorcycle Technician Support Representative $18/hr+

This job posting is for a new hire class starting October 26th, 2026. Training operates on a 9-6 EST schedule for 4-5 weeks, after which team members will transition to a new schedule. This is a fully remote position with IT equipment provided. Your remote workstation must have fast, secure internet connectivity (minimum 100mbps download and 20mbps upload).

About the role

This role is primarily phone and email based, designed for candidates with extensive hands-on experience working on V-twin motorcycles. Ideal candidates have experience in mom-and-pop shops, dealerships, or running their own business, serving as a crucial technical resource for customers and the department. You should be passionate about helping riders, knowledgeable about motorcycle parts and gear, and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and other channels to facilitate a polished and complete customer experience.
  • Assist with questions about fitment, application, selection, and installation of motorcycle parts and accessories.
  • Advise on proper fitment and use of safety gear, including helmets, jackets, pants, riding armor, boots, and gloves.
  • Help customers place orders for a seamless experience.
  • Continuously learn about motorcycle parts, gear, riding styles (e.g., racing, dirt bike, adventure/touring, supercross/MX), and bike modifications.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure overdelivery on customer opportunities.
  • Demonstrate detail-oriented, proactive, and conscientious work habits with a commitment to self-improvement.
  • Provide excellent verbal and written communication to assist riders daily.

Requirements

  • Passion for motorcycles and related products (V-twin segment knowledge is essential).
  • Familiarity with motorcycle parts and accessories; working knowledge of other powersports equipment (e.g., UTV, ATV, scooters, snowmobiles) is a bonus.
  • Sound problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Time management skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work outside standard business hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience in retail, service, or hospitality industries is a plus.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or tech school certification is a plus.

Pay

Compensation is $18–$20/hour, starting rate based on experience. Additional compensation includes sales incentives, internal seasonal incentives, seasonal overtime opportunities/bonuses, attendance bonuses, and a yearly company bonus.
