Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and report operational data from the Catalog Online Tracking System (COLTS) and Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (SHARP).
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of all operational data inputs and outputs.
- Validate and reconcile system data, proactively addressing discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain and update operational documents, workflows, and reference materials to reflect current processes and standards.
- Identify performance trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency, system performance, and compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
- Support the development of metrics, dashboards, and reports used for contract oversight and operational reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting operational missions involving uncrewed systems.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Python, R, Tableau).
- Ability to visualize and present data effectively.
- Understanding of airspace regulations and procedures.
- Familiarity with FAA regulations pertaining to UAS operations.
- FAA Part 107 certification (for UAS operations) or the ability to obtain it with 6 months of Task Order start.
