Responsibilities
- Develop and manage training curricula and materials for UxS/C-UxS
- Design training content for various formats including classroom and practical sessions
- Conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses
- Revise content based on updates, feedback, and directives
- Prepare training materials for Government review
- Ensure compliance with Government standards prior to publication
- Review and evaluate training documentation and skill analyses
- Cookordinate with stakeholders for training validation and deployment operations
Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret SCI Clearance
- BA/BS with 4+ years; AA/AS with 8+ years; or HS/GED with 10+ years experience
- Familiarity with instructional systems design (ISD) and adult learning principles
- Experience applying the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) at a senior level
- Strong communication skills, capable of advising senior leaders
- Experience in pre-deployment training and technical exchange exercises
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
