Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training on UxS components and operations to military personnel
- Serve as a specialist instructor focused on C-UxS systems in maritime contexts
- Conduct training events for new equipment and field operations
- Audit user aptitude throughout all training phases as per Government standards
- Adapt training methods based on student feedback and proficiency
- Prepare instructional materials including manuals and workbooks
- Identify and assess vulnerabilities and threats relating to UxS operations
Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret SCI Clearance
- MA/MS with 10+ years; BA/BS with 15+ years; AA/AS with 17+ years; or HS/GED with 19+ years of experience
- Proven ability to apply MDMP at senior levels in military contexts
- Experience instructing diverse military audiences from junior to senior levels
- Excellent communication skills for briefing senior leaders
- Experience in pre-deployment training and technical exchanges
- Proficiency in UxS/C-UxS technologies, operations, and adversarial tactics
