As a UX/UI Conversion Specialist at Kapitus, you will own the strategy and execution of the conversion rate optimization program across landing pages, forms, and digital touchpoints. You will design and build high-converting landing pages in WordPress while integrating tools to enhance performance and user experience. Additionally, you will design and execute A/B tests, analyze performance data from GA4 and behavior tools, and implement winning variations to improve lead generation outcomes.
