Accountabilities
- Partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders to translate complex requirements into strategic, user-centered solutions.
- Leading the full UX/UI design lifecycle, including user research, discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and final interface design for enterprise applications.
- Designing interaction models for AI-driven experiences, including transparency, explainability, user oversight, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Establishing design standards and frameworks that enable intelligent systems to deliver trustworthy and effective user experiences.
- Driving the development of design workflows and tools that leverage AI to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate creative processes.
- Facilitating strategic workshops that help stakeholders move from traditional feature-based thinking toward designing intelligent and autonomous workflows.
- Governing design system standards to ensure components are scalable, accessible, and optimized for AI-assisted interface creation.
- Contributing thought leadership by developing design patterns, sharing best practices, and influencing the broader design community.
- Mentoring other designers by demonstrating strategic thinking and helping teams evolve beyond traditional screen-based design.
- Advocating for user-centered principles while balancing innovation, business objectives, and technical possibilities.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly within complex enterprise software or digital transformation environments.
- Expert proficiency in UX strategy, interaction design, and design system architecture.
- Advanced experience with Figma and modern design collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven user experiences, conversational interfaces, AI transparency, and trust-building patterns.
- Proven ability to design workflows for intelligent systems and create experiences involving autonomous or semi-autonomous processes.
- Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and explain complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and increase team productivity.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-complexity problem solving, strategic thinking, and impactful enterprise design outcomes.
- Advanced certifications in UX strategy, AI-human interaction, service design, or related disciplines are highly valued.
- Able to collaborate effectively across global, multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and creating meaningful user experiences.
