Responsibilities
- Partner with C-suite to bridge complex business needs and AI interactions
- Lead user research, requirement gathering, and end-to-end UI design
- Define global engagement rules for AI behaviors and oversight models
- Drive the evolution of design through automated tools and workflows
- Facilitate workshops to realign stakeholder mindsets on autonomous systems
- Own and govern 'Agent-Ready' standards in Design Systems
- Contribute to design community by setting AX quality benchmarks
- Mentor junior designers in systemic thinking and autonomous logic
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in UX/UI Design with focus on complex enterprise software
- Expertise in Figma and Design System architecture
- Deep knowledge of Agentic UX patterns and AI transparency
- Strong consulting skills for influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience in automating design workflows using AI tools
- Advanced qualifications in UX Strategy or AI-Human Interaction

$157,250 – $191,475 annually
