  • Provide support to the team in various project phases as defined by the project lead.
  • Support client new business initiatives, such as drafting proposals or assisting in bidding work with oversight from a Director or senior leader.
  • Mentor and coach team members, demonstrating efficiency in a variety of UX activities.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and internal initiatives outside of assigned project work.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members.
  • Experience in team leadership, including training.

If you don’t meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply.
