UX Designer

Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a Product Designer to join their Marketing Hub support team, contributing to the development of innovative features that enhance user experiences for enterprise marketing and media network personas.

Responsibilities

• Build net-new features and refine existing features for internal and external user-facing applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to develop and improve user experiences.
• Translate persona interactions and research into prototypes quickly and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Design high-quality user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure optimal product experiences.
• Manage visual and interactive assets, setting the foundation within the digital design system.

Requirements

• Expertise in Design Systems (Figma or similar) with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Experience building within an enterprise design system with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate across global teams and enterprise-level projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating completed design projects, especially in UX design.
• Experience designing for internal and external retail tools is preferred.

Pay

$60/hr - $64/hr on W2

Location: Mooresville, NC
