UX Designer

About the role

A UX Designer at Versana Tech Team will be responsible for creating intuitive user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, design principles, and digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Designing user interfaces and experiences that meet user needs and align with business goals
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and effective
• Conducting user research to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback
• Creating high-fidelity prototypes and visual designs using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Ensuring designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Experience with user research methods and tools
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce high-quality designs that meet user needs and business objectives
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative design processes
• Understanding of web development technologies and their impact on user experience
• Knowledge of usability testing and A/B testing
